Shipping.
Everything is packed and sent from Cynghordy in mid Wales. Most orders are despatched within 2–4 working days. Anything made to order takes longer: the Spyder Cap is sewn to order and can take up to two weeks, as its page says.

Where we send
The whole of the United Kingdom at one rate, Northern Ireland included. Most of Europe, the Channel Islands among it, at the Europe rate. The United States and a number of other countries at the worldwide rate. If yours is not offered at checkout it is because we cannot currently send there. Ask us and we will tell you whether that is likely to change.
Once it has gone
- You will get a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and a second one with tracking when it leaves us.
- Estimates are working days and start the day after despatch. They are estimates rather than guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is theirs.
- Nothing needs signing for as standard.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel has not arrived a few days past its estimate, or turns up damaged, tell us and we will sort it. Keep the packaging if it arrived damaged, as the courier usually wants to see it.
